Lobster on the menu!

Own import from Canada


We import our finest quality Lobsters directly from Canada, where they are caught in the cold waters near Prince Edward Island, in the North West Atlantic Ocean. Directly after cathcing the lobsters are put on ice, and even the same day delivered on shore. There they have at least 50 hours time to come to theirself again in cold water, through which they clean up and are also not stressed anymore. After this periode of rest they are processed further into, among others, our products 'whole lobster frozen in water' or 'lobster meat from claws, knuckles & legs'.
